Day 1: Welcome to SALTA LA LINDA

Welcome to the North! Northern Gastronomic Experience, Tradition and Folklore

3:00 PM – 5:00 PM | Stop at Cerdo Negro - A unique gourmet experience: tour, tasting, and lunch at an exclusive artisanal Iberian ham factory, where tradition and flavor meet.

6:00 PM | Check-in at the 4* Hotel, Solar de la Plaza, located in Salta Capital. Optional tour of the historic center. Request a bilingual guide if needed.

8:30 PM | Dinner show at a traditional local "peña," LA VIEJA ESTACION, where you'll enjoy the best regional food, Torrontés wine, guitars, bombos (drums), and dancers... live folklore where you can also dance. An unforgettable night of celebration!

Day 2: Enogastronomic Experiences

Welcome to Cafayate: Vineyards, Landscapes, and Open-Air Bonfire

9:00 AM | Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to the Calchaquí Valleys, crossing landscapes that anticipate the magic of the North.

2:00 PM | Check-in at Hotel Patios de Cafayate. A historic mansion from 1892, surrounded by Bodega El Esteco vineyards, combining elegance, history, and scenery. We will spend a unique night there.

2:30 PM – 4:00 PM | Afternoon stroll through Cafayate: sun, mountains, and wines that tell stories. 🍷✨ Walk its streets, visit local bars with a northern soul, try freshly made empanadas, the best tamales, among other options, and toast with a chilled Torrontés.

7:00 PM | Magical night among the Esteco vineyards. Far from everything, close to the sky. Micro-terroir tasting of unique character and personality, in an inhospitable setting at 1700 meters high, where we will tour the vineyards at the magic hour and enjoy a bonfire under the stars, with local gastronomy paired with aged high-altitude wines.

Day 3: High-Altitude Wines and Dreamy Landscapes

9:30 AM | Breakfast at the hotel and departure to Bodega El Porvenir.

10:00 AM – 1:30 PM | Experience at Bodega El Porvenir de Cafayate, amidst cacti and mountains. A family winery founded in the late 90s by the Romero Marcuzzi family, which revives Cafayate's winemaking tradition with a modern approach. Guided tour combining innovation, pride, and tradition, tasting of excellent high-altitude wines, and a typical lunch with Salteña empanadas and asado (barbecue), paired with their wines, in a spectacular setting.

2:00 PM | Drive to Bodega Yacochuya. A scenic route through vineyards, gorges, and reddish hills that offer some of the most striking views of the Calchaquí Valleys.

3:00 PM – 5:30 PM | Visit to Bodega Yacochuya. A high-altitude project by the Etchart family, pioneers in the region, who took their vineyards to more than 2,000 meters above sea level. With the advice of Michel Rolland, one of the world's most prestigious enologists, intense, elegant, and characterful wines are born here. Wine tasting with imposing views that make the experience unforgettable. 🍷⛰✨

8:30 PM | Dinner at a local restaurant, Bad Brothers Wine & Food Experiences. Return to the hotel.

Day 4: Living History and Vineyards

Gorges, Extreme Altitude & Towns with History

9:00 AM | Check-out from the hotel and departure through the gorges. A scenic journey through giant cardones (cacti), imposing hills, and landscapes that reflect the purest essence of the Calchaquí Valleys.

12:30 PM – 3:30 PM | Experience at Bodega Colomé. Founded in 1831, one of the oldest wineries in the country and home to some of the highest vineyards in the world. Tour, tasting, and lunch in a setting where history, art, and nature merge. We will visit the exclusive James Turrell museum.

4:00 PM | Visit to Molinos. A colonial town frozen in time, with silent streets and authentic charm.

5:30 PM | Arrival in Cachi & hotel check-in. Check-in at El Cortijo Hotel, with local stone accommodations and a warm atmosphere, just minutes' walk from the center.

8:30 PM | Dinner at Viracocha Restaurant. Located near the main square, it is one of the destination's favorites for enjoying local gastronomy in an authentic and charming setting.

Day 5: Farewell to Salta

9:00 AM | Tour of Cachi town. 11:00 AM Check-out from the hotel.

12:00 PM | Brunch in Cachi. Last landscapes of the Calchaquí Valleys, amidst endless cardones and imposing mountains.

2:30 PM | Drive through Los Cardones National Park and Cuesta del Obispo. One of the most spectacular roads in the north, with winding curves, panoramic views, and unforgettable postcards.

6:30 PM | Arrival at Martín Miguel de Güemes International Airport. End of a unique experience among landscapes, culture, and high-altitude wines. ✨🌄🍷
